How long does it take to fully charge, and how do you know when the product needs to be charged?

Typically, it takes 4-5 hours to fully charge the water dispenser. The red light indicator turns on when the battery is low, the blue light flashes when it's charging, and stays solid when fully charged.

Why is the yellow indicator light still on after replacing the filter?

You should replace the filter when the yellow light indicator is continuously on. After replacement, press and hold the setting button until the yellow light flashes and then goes off (approximately 5 seconds). The device will then recalibrate the filter's lifetime.

What should I do before installing the filter?

1. Soak the filter in a clean container for 2 minutes before use.
2. Rinse the filter thoroughly for 30 seconds.

Proper Usage of the Cat Fountain

For the well-being of your pet and to extend the pump's lifespan, we recommend cleaning the Water Tank, Tray, Foam Filter, and Pump at least once a week.
