Why does it show "No Signal" or "Power Saving" when connected with a USB C to USB C Cable?

1. Most USB Type-C ports can work with a QQH monitor, so please make sure it supports video output and not just data transmission.

2. Z1-9 Monitor's upper USB C can do video output.

3. If there is damage with your cable/port, please tell us.

Why does it show "No Signal" when connected with a Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable?

Connecting with the Mini HDMI Port must have an extra power supply to the monitor.

Our monitor doesn't have a built-in battery, but the USB C Port can support power supply and video output, making it a plug-and-play option. HDMI only supports video output.

Try setting the mode to wake it up.

How do I connect a QQH Monitor with my iPhone?

For iPhone connection, you need the "Lightning to HDMI Adapter," which is not included. Both your iPhone and QQH monitor need an external power supply.

Does it support Bluetooth, Wireless, Wifi, and App Download?

1. It does not support Bluetooth, wireless, and wifi connections. It also is not a touchscreen, and does not have a built-in battery, app, or driver download.

2. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse need to be connected through the phone/laptop first to control the QQH monitor.

How do I check if my devices are compatible?

1. Make sure your laptop/pc has at least one video transmission port, such as Full-Function USB Type C [ 3.1/3.2 or newer], HDMI, Mini DP, DP, VGA, All Thunderbolt [3/4 Plug, play].

2. Send your device model to the support team for a check.
