If your monitor shows no signal when connected by a USB-C to USB-C cable, ensure that your laptop's USB-C port is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display. Additionally, use the original USB-C to USB-C cable provided in the package and refer to the User Manual for assistance.

For laptops without a USB-C or HDMI port, such as the Surface Pro, HP Elitebook, or older MacBook models, refer to the User Manual for information on getting an adapter.

If your monitor flickers, make sure you are using the original power adapter provided in the package to power the monitor.

Connecting your iPhone to the monitor using an Apple charging cable will not work. You will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter for this connection.

Certain Samsung phones, such as the Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22 series, Galaxy Note8/9/10/20 series, Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4, can work with the monitor using the original USB-C cable provided. Other phones and tablets will require an HDTV cable for connection.
